Job Description
Monster Live Productions is looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing a wide range of live events—from corporate activations and expos to concerts and fun runs. You'll collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to bring memorable experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and organizing event timelines, logistics, and budgets

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and third-party vendors

Source venues, materials, permits, and manpower as needed

Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown

Ensure timely communication and documentation across stakeholders

Assist in creating post-event reports and documentation

Attend and support on-ground events, including weekends when required

Handle administrative tasks related to event coordination
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
-
At least 1 year of experience in events, marketing, or production (fresh grads are welcome with relevant internship experience)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Willing to travel and work on weekends and holidays when necessary

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Plus: Experience in handling large-scale productions or working with production teams
