REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. General Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable provisions of the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and relevant jurisprudence, Monster Live Productions Inc. maintains a strict no-refund policy on all transactions unless otherwise provided under this policy.

All payments made through our platform — including event registrations, merchandise, and service-related transactions — are considered final and non-refundable, except in the case of an official event cancellation initiated by Monster Live. We do not accept refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Personal schedule conflicts or change of mind

  • Illness, injury, or inability to attend

  • Delays, travel issues, or no-shows

  • Poor weather or external disruptions

  • Force majeure, acts of God, or government restrictions

  • Errors made during checkout, including duplicate payments

2. Duplicate or Multiple Transactions

All payments made on themonsterph.com are treated as valid and binding.
Duplicate or multiple transactions — whether due to user error or accidental repeat — will not be eligible for refund, unless proven to be a direct system error on the part of Monster Live.
We strongly encourage users to double-check payment details and confirmation emails before proceeding with any transaction.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the event that a Monster Live-produced event is officially cancelled (i.e., permanently called off with no intention of rescheduling), all affected registrants will be entitled to a full refund of their base registration fee.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through another method as advised by our support team. Refunds will not be issued for postponements or format changes (e.g., shifting to virtual), except where explicitly stated.

4. Event-Specific Policies

Some events listed in the website may have their own refund or deferment policies, as clearly outlined in their respective registration forms, terms of participation, or official event pages. In such cases, those specific policies shall prevail over this general policy.

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

For transactions eligible for refund (e.g., cancelled events), processing will take approximately 60 to 90 business days. Actual timelines may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

6. No Waiver of Policy

Our failure to enforce any provision of this policy shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
